According to NTREIS, n the north Texas markets; Prices continued to gain traction. The Median Sales Price increased 9.3 percent to $207,500. Days on Market was down 10.5 percent to 51 days. Sellers were encouraged as Months Supply of Inventory was down 11.1 percent to 2.4 months.
